Beautiful 14K Gold 1981 World Championship ring given to long time Dodger announcer Jerry Doggett, who spent 32 years sharing Dodger broadcast booth with the legendary Vince Scully. Jerry always called the middle 3 innings, with Vinnie handling the first and last 3 of each game. In 1981, the Dodgers once again defeated their historic rivals, the New York Yankees, 4 games to 2. Large real .75 carat diamond at center of a baseball infield atop a Dodger blue stone surrounded by "LOS ANGELES DODGERS WORLD CHAMPIONS". "DOGGETT", "LA", and the Dodger logo on one side with "1981" and a raised image of the World Series trophy on the other. Inside stamped "BALFOUR 14K". Ring size 12 1/2. Great ring, identical to the one given to the players, given to one of the broadcasting legends of Dodger baseball!
