On April 8th, 1974, a magical moment occurred when Hank Aaron blasted a 1-0 pitch off of Al Downing into the left-field bullpen and cemented himself as the ballplayer who finally surpassed Babe Ruth's 39-year standing Home Run title. The crowd at Atlanta's Fulton County Stadium erupted and cheered on as Aaron circled the bases. One lucky fan was able to capture twenty-eight photographs from the moment providing a spectacular perspective of the magic that occurred that evening.

Offered here are 28 photographs from Hammerin' Hank's most important hit of his career. Photos include moments such as Hank at bat, rounding the bases, and celebrating after the home run. All photographs are original and the three most important have been encapsulated and deemed Type I by PSA. An important group of photographs from one of the most iconic moments in baseball history. Each photo measures 3"x5" in size.

IMPRESSIVE SEQUENCE OF (27) ORIGINAL PHOTOGRAPHS FROM HANK AARONS 715TH CAREER HOME RUN TO PASS BABE RUTH - INCLUDES THREE PSA/DNA TYPE I ENCAPSULATED EXAMPLES
