Throughout the years, the protective goggles he wore became as much a trademark of Jabbar's game as his unstoppable "sky hook." Kareem originally started wearing the goggles after an eye injury suffered in college. This pair shows the proper taping around the nose piece and arms which secure the elastic support band. An exceptional piece of original game-used equipment from one of the greatest players in basketball history.
