Nice signed index card of Hall of Famer Hilton Smith inscribed "Pitcher K C Monarchs". Autograph has been professionally matted with a Baseball Hall of Fame photo of Hilton Smith, obtained from John Horne in photo archives section of the Baseball Hall of Fame. Dark black ink signature has some smearing.
