Inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1956, Hank Greenberg had a lifetime batting average of .313 and belted 331 home runs during his illustrious career. This lot includes Greenberg's signature on the sweet spot of an Official National League (Feeney) baseball. Unlike many Greenberg singles that have one or more problems from ball toning to sharpie-bleeding, this ball and signature are uniformly spectacular. The has been given an overall grade of “8” by PSA/DNA (“8” each for both signature and ball)! By far the finest example we have ever offered, and you’ll be hard pressed to find a better Greenberg single-signed baseball anywhere.
