This check from April 2 1924 made payable to "G. C. Alexander" in the amount of $500 is nicely endorsed on the back in the Hall of Famer's own hand "For Deposit Only G C Alexander". The inscription is a strong 8-9/10 with the deposit stamp visible (see photo). Front has outstanding graphic of Cubs playing ball. A rare check from this inaugural Hall of Fame Inductee. EX appearance with note to repair. LOA from PSA/DNA.
