19th Century gold edge 4 1/4" by 6 1/2" cabinet card with man in baseball uniform holding bat. Back has printed image of the "Landing of Columbus" leading to the pencil notation speculating that the card originates from a Chicago photographer, about the time of the 1893 Colombian Exposition. Great shape with small corner crease at lower left.
