Pair of items relating to Goose Gossage's 2007 induction into the San Diego Hall of Champions.
1) Large plaque given to Hall of Fame closer Goose Gossage for being inducted into the San Diego Hall of Champions Sports Museum in 2007. 20 1/2" by 23 1/4" plaque has large image of Gossage as a Padre at the center surrounded by the words "Goose Gossage Breitbard Hall of Fame". Also included are a pair of 2" by 6" metal plates for being named their Star of the Month in Baseball for April and May 1985.
2) Bulova Accutron watch given to Hall of Fame closer for being inducted into the San Diego Hall of Champions Sports Museum in 2007. Back of watch engraved "Goose Gossage Breitbard Hall of Fame February 13, 2007". Genuine lizard band. San Diego Hall of Champions on face. Beautiful watch is all original and appears to have never been used. Plastic still covering watch face. Not running, needs battery.
