1984 Rolaids Relief Man Major League Baseball Award given to San Diego Padre Hall of Fame closer Goose Gossage. Gossage went 10-6 with a 2.90 ERA and 25 Saves in 62 games helping the Padres to their first National League title in their history in 1984. On the back Gossage has signed in 10/10 perfect looking black felt tip pen with the inscription "HOF 2008". Award features Gossage's name, his team, and the year as well as a relief image of the Rolaids fireman's helmet. Metal and wood plaque measures 8" by 10". Comes in the original box.
