Presented here is a group of (3) Basketball Hall of Fame legends autographed colorful 1971 Topps basketball cards. Included are the rookie card of Nate "The Skate" Archibald, a card of his fellow New York City native Connie "The Hawk" Hawkins, and also Zelmo Beaty's rookie card.
These are vintage ballpoint examples signed at the time with PSA/DNA authentication and encapsulation. They have deemed Nate & Zelmo's penmanship MINT 9, and Connie NM-MT 8.
Archibald-Nate was just getting his pro career underway, and Coach Bob Cousy gave him the green light to perform, eventually leading the NBAin scoring & assists in the same season!
Beaty-He starred for the NBA St. Louis Hawks before jumping to the ABA and leading the Utah Stars to the 1971 ABA title, where he was named Finals MVP.
Hawkins-The subject of the legendary book FOUL!, "The Hawk" took the game to new heights and passed the baton of flair and style to Dr. J.
