ADDENDUM: MEARS HAS CHANGED THE LETTER TO GRADE A10 DUE TO THE PROVENANCE FROM THE UPPER DECK EMPLOYEE LETTER. A NEW MEARS LETTER WILL BE UPDATED ON THIS LISTING BEFORE THE AUCTION CLOSES ON APRIL 3RD.

Featured here is a timeless white Chicago Bulls home jersey worn by the greatest of all time during the 1992-93 NBA season. This particular jersey was originally gifted by MJ to an Upper Deck executive named Michael T. Merhab after a photo shoot for the company.  Merhab's story is included on his letter of provenance attached to this listing but the long and short of it goes that he made a wager with Jordan that if he could score on him during a friendly one on one contest, he'd get one of Jordan's gamers. MJ obliged and even though he didn't allow one point to be scored by the Upper Deck business man, he ended up giving him one of his gamers and autographed it for him.

The offered gamer is a white mesh home jersey that features red and black tackle twill "Bulls" across the front and Jordan's "23" beneath. The reverse has "JORDAN" and his "23" just below. The size 46 Champion manufacturer's tagging is affixed to the tail front. "1992-93 Designed and Tailored Exclusively For Chicago Bulls" tagging is also found on the tail front with "Body Length +3" on the bottom. There is light use found throughout the jersey as evidenced by the wash wear puckering on the tagging. Jordan's black sharpie autograph is found on the reverse of the jersey in his early 1990's style signature which is appropriate for the period.

Accompanied by a Letter of Provenance from the Upper Deck Executive, A full LOA from Beckett Authentication Services and an LOA from MEARS A10.
