With the Series tied, youthful Johnny Podres pitched an 8 hit shut-out over the hated Yankees to bring the the pennant to the "Boys of Summer". Large CZ on blue stone on top surrounded by "Brooklyn World Champions". "Snider on ball atop crossed bats over the Brooklyn "B" on one side with "Dodgers in blue enamel atop a globe and the words "FIRST" and "1955" on the other. Inside stamped "10 Karat" and "Dieges & Clust. Size 10 1/4.
