Outstanding circa 1920’s Reach basketball with leather laces. The condition of this hoop relic is astonishing, appearing never to have been used. There is no stem for air, indicating that this was produced prior to the mid-1920s. In addition to the Reach “LEAGUE 1” stamp there is another stamp that reads "PROPERTY OF BOARD OF EDUCATION NEW YORK." A rare find in this immaculate state of preservation.
