Incredibly rare circa 1940s Triple Crown winner 'Whirlaway' original photo with Trainer Ben Jones at Arlington Park in Illinois. The original photo has been encapsulated by PSA/DNA as a Type I photo and presents nicely in their jumbo holder. The photo features an immaculately clear image of Jones posing with his horse. The verso of the photo reads "Whirlaway, looking over Arlington Park, with his trainer Ben Jones, where he hopes to go over the $500,000 mark, while on the (illegible) grounds". One of the most iconic photos of the Hall of Fame trainer with his Triple Crown horse.
