An incredible piece of baseball history with a Don Larsen 1957 World Series game used bat. Larsen most notable for being the only pitcher in Major League history to pitch a perfect game in the World Series (1956). While not uncommon in the day this bat was also used by Yogi Berra according to Mr. Larsen. The bat was given to a young man at Milwaukee County Stadium just after the game as he was allowed entry into the clubhouse by the visiting clubhouse manager, Tommy Ferguson. The bat is cracked and shows show signs of wear from the years. As the years went on and the youngster became a man, he was fortunate enough to meet one of his childhood idols in person. At that time he had Mr. Larsen personally signed this historic masterpiece. This bat would be a fine addition to any collection.
