Just months before Michael Jordan would break through and win his first NBA championship with the Chicago Bulls in June of 1991, MJ’s baseball “dreams” were already percolating and displayed on this November 1990 magazine cover.
As a bonus the publication includes baseball card inserts, which are intact here, sharp and colorful. Jordan, pictured in a White Sox uniform, shares a two-card panel with Glenn Davis. The other three cards feature Marquis Grissom, Joe Carter and Gregg Jeffries.
The magazine and cards are in excellent condition. The magazine shows some very minor wear, we would rank 6-7/10, but the card inserts are untouched and like new. A classic conversation piece surrounding Michael Jordan and the hobby!
