Relative to single signed Ruth baseballs bats signed solely by the Bambino are nearly non-existent. As was customary among known examples the finish on a small area of the barrel's surface was removed in preparation for the inscription. The Bambino graced this spot with an oversized example of his autograph in black fountain pen (7-8/10). The signature appears opposite the factory stampings on the 33 inch H&B Ruth model 125. Ruth's dark signature contrasts nicely with the bats blond surface. EX-MT condition with outstanding display quality. LOA from PSA/DNA.
