This Babe Ruth personal check dated on Christmas day 1935 is made out to the Babe?s biggest fan ?Julia Ruth" for the amount of $50 and is neatly signed ?G H Ruth" in blue ink. The check has been matted and framed together with a charming original wire photo showing Ruth posing at home with his wife Claire and daughter Julia. Check has the usual cancellation holes and a small tear on the upper right border but otherwise appears to be in excellent condition. Photograph is in excellent to near mint condition.
