Not since the heyday of the television series "Maverick" has there been such a simpatico pairing of Bret and Bart. Bret Saberhagen and Bart Simpson might find the word "incorrigible" featured prominently in obituaries someday (perhaps less of a concern for the seemingly ageless Simpson), so it seems entirely fitting that this original artwork from Simpson creator Matt Groening would be directed at Mr. Saberhagen. Groening's original bold marker artwork of his protege Bart Simpson shows the irascible youngster solemnly intoning, " Watch it, Bret!" It is signed in the same marker "Bart & Matt Groening," then handsomely matted and framed in silver and plexiglass to overall dimensions of 10-by-12 inches. All elements are in seemingly as-issued and unimprovable, problem-free condition. Comes with a Letter of Authenticity from Bret Saberhagen.
