He was the most compelling athletic figure from the 1980's, a man whose prowess in football, baseball and beyond led millions to wonder if there was anything of an athletic nature that Bo Jackson could not do. From Jackson's final campaign in the major leagues in 1994 with the California Angels comes this wonderful Size 50 Russell Athletic game-worn road jersey that Bo presented to his former teammate Bret Saberhagen. The Angels grey road jersey shows good game use but still largely appears in as-issued and problem-free condition. There is only a whisper of fraying around the delicate stitching of the "Angels" lettering on the front, his nameplate or his No. 22 on the back or the "CA" Angels logo patch or MLB 125th Anniversary patches on the sleeves. A Bo Jackson autograph on the front left above "Angels" is light in places but still legible, and includes his No. 22 inscription. Comes with a Letter of Authenticity from Bret Saberhagen.
