Bret Saberhagen wrapped up his second Cy Young Award and shoved himself further into the Kansas City Royals record book with the help of this baseball from his 23rd win in 1989. It set a new Royals record for wins and capped a remarkable season that included a 2.16 ERA, a career-high 193 strikeouts and his first and only Gold Glove. The Official American League Bobby Brown ball in question is a beauty, shows good game use and only the lightest areas of scuffing or discoloration.
