After a slow start to his major league career, Brett has become a force in the powerful New York Yankees lineup. This lot includes Gardner’s well-worn Mizuno turf shoes, used during batting practice for the 2009 World Series. Gardner has signed the toe of each shoe in silver sharpie “Brett Gardner World Series 2009 B.P.”. Also included are a pair of Brett’s Mizuno batting gloves worn during the 2009 World Series, with his autograph and “Game Used 2009 WS” notation on the palm of each.
