Bill “Moose” Skowron was a fan favorite and the starting first baseman for the New York Yankees from 1954 to ’62. After winning back-to-back World Series titles with the Yankees in 1961 and ’62, he was dealt to the Dodgers the following season and won another World Series in 1963. This lot includes a collection of eight (8) Hillerich & Bradsby commemorative black bats that Skowron owned representing successful campaigns in each of the seasons: 1956, ‘58, ’61, ’62 and ‘63 World Series champions and 1955, ’57 and ’60 American league champions. As a group the eight bats average near mint condition with many better.

Includes Letter of Authenticity from the Skowron Family.
