Bill “Moose” Skowron was a major league first baseman who played three of his 14 seasons in the big leagues for the Chicago White Sox. Post-retirement, Skowron served the White Sox as a community relations specialist for many years. This lot includes a beautifully designed pewter ring that was awarded to Skowron following the 2003 MLB All-Star Game which was played at Chicago’s Cellular Field, the recently opened (’91) new home of the White Sox. The celestrium ring includes CZ set in black stone on top surrounded by “CHICAGO 2003 ALL STAR.” American League logo is featured on one side panel with "MLB 2003 All-Star Game" on the other. Ring size is 10½.

Includes Letter of Authenticity from the Skowron Family.
