This offered 1942 World Series program features an impressively strong 9/10 pencil autograph from Babe Ruth on the cover. In fact, The Babe pressed so hard to sign his name that the impression can be seen all the way to page 6 inside! In the '42 Fall Classic Ruth's Yankees lost to the Cards in five games, a match-up of Joe DiMaggio and Stan Musial. Seven years into retirement, Babe may have been in attendance watching his former squad when he signed this program, which is un-scored and unmarked within its 38 pages. Overall the booklet remains in EX condition (looks NM on front cover) with some red circular stains on the back cover.

Full LOA from PSA/DNA.
