Presented here is the popular multi-signed Ron Lewis print picturing eleven Hall of Fame members of the 500 Home Run Club lined up along the first base line in old Yankee Stadium. Pictured are Ted Williams, Frank Robinson, Harmon Killebrew, Reggie Jackson, Mickey Mantle, Willie Mays, Hank Aaron, Mike Schmidt, Ernie Banks, Eddie Mathews and Willie McCovey. Every player but Mantle and Jackson has signed the piece in fairly matching 7-8/10 blue felt pen. The Mick and Reggie have signed in a more faded black marker. It comes nicely matted and framed to overall dimensions of 29" by 43.5".
Many of these can be found circulating the market. What makes this one special is the little note taped to the back in which Harmon Killebrew writes, "This is my personal copy of the '500 Club' litho - given to me in Atlantic City, N.J. Jan. 1989." He has signed his name at the end. The piece was sourced from a longtime Killebrew collector. Includes full LOA from PSA/DNA (AG01604), authenticating both the signatures on the print and Killebrew's message on the back.
