4" by 5" piece of note paper signed by Ruth in near perfect 9/10 black steel-tip pen "To Bernice From Babe Ruth". Another hand has written below in the same ink "Sunday - Feb. 21, 1943 Ward Theatre". 8" by 5" piece of note paper has been folded over to the size of approximately 4" by 5". Paper itself is in great condition. Also included is the original 2/21/1943 postmarked envelope where the autograph was sent by the person who obtained the autograph to a serviceman training at Camp Perry, Ohio. Outstanding Ruth signature!.
