The 2017 New York Yankees, in manager Joe Girardi's final season, went 91-71 to finish 2nd in the AL East and earn a Wild Card matchup against the Twins. They came within one game of going to the World Series, falling to the eventual world champion Astros in a thrilling 7-game ALCS. Young slugger Aaron Judge broke the rookie home run record by blasting 50 big flies to surpass Mark McGwire's 49 in '87. This snow white team ball contains 28 authentic signatures in blue ballpoint including Girardi (SS), Judge, Gary Sanchez, Masahiro Tanaka, Matt Holliday, Sonny Gray, Aaron Hicks, Brett Gardner, Chase Headley, Starlin Castro, Greg Bird, and coaches Ron Guidry and Willie Randolph to name a few. Strikingly bold autographs rate 9-10/10 in our book; OML (Selig) ball is mint as well. Full LOA from PSA/DNA (AE84594). Unidentified hologram sticker present.
