With LeBron James no longer casting a shadow over Kyrie Irving in Cleveland, the dazzling 6'3" point guard joined a resurgent Boston Celtics team before the 2017-18 season and looked poised to lead them on a deep playoff run. The latter happened, but movie star "Uncle Drew" had to bow out late in the regular season with recurring knee issues. In the 60 games he was on the floor Irving was electric as always, averaging a team-high 24.4 points while shooting a career-best 49% from the field. He dished out five dimes and grabbed close to four rebounds per contest as well. The Celtics were eventually knocked out by Kyrie's former team in the Eastern Conference Finals, a thrilling 7-game series that was more painful for him to witness on the sidelines. It's safe to say that he will be extra motivated this coming season.

Presented here is one of Irving's 2017-18 Boston Celtics game jerseys he wore most likely at a home contest on the hallowed floors of the TD Garden. Sporting the team's new General Electric jersey sponsor logo above the left chest opposite the Nike Swoosh, the easy-breathing white Nike tank sports a large "CELTICS" arched across the chest and "IRVING" arched across the upper back, with Kyrie's No. 11 front and back. All letters and numbers come in green tackle twill. The iconic red, white and blue NBA logo appears between the NOB and gold "17" (No. of Celtic titles) tag at the rear collar. On the left front tail is the Nike and NBA Authentics tagging, with his size 50 and Length +4" labels as well as the "BOSE 00960" code that is unique to each game jersey. Another unique attribute is the black internal microphone pouch sewn inside the left armpit that allows certain star players to me mic'ed up during games. The shirt exhibits light to moderate wear with the appearance and pleasant aroma indicating that it has been laundered.
