When the Philadelphia Eagles drafted Carson Wentz number two overall in the 2016 NFL Draft, the 6’5” quarterback out of North Dakota State was expected to sit for a year behind incumbent starter Sam Bradford. That all changed when the Eagles traded Bradford to the Vikings right before the start of last season and handed the keys to the former Division II (FCS) standout. Wentz proved he was ready, leading Philly to a 3-0 start with 5 TD’s and no interceptions. After going through the typical growing pains that are expected of a rookie QB, the Eagles finished with a 7-9 record. Wentz played in all 16 games and threw for 3,782 yards, setting a franchise record with 379 completions. He's an early MVP candidate in 2017 with multiple 300-yard games and a league-leading 19 TD passes as the Eagles currently have the best record in the NFL at 7-1.

In association with his agency, Rep 1 Sports, Wentz is offering this group of game-used pieces from three successive October games during his rookie campaign: Oct. 9 @ Detroit (L, 24-23); Oct. 16 @ Washington (L, 27-20); and Oct. 23 vs. Minnesota (W, 21-10). The youngster went 1-2 with 555 yards, 3 TD’s and 3 picks wearing his pink Breast Cancer Awareness uniform ensemble, which included this offered pair of Nike cleats, towel and wristbands.

The size 12.5 pink Nike ‘Lunar Beast’ cleats display obvious game use with dirt remnants still attached to the bottoms and some grass stuck inside the Velcro straps. They are tagged appropriately on the interior with the correct manufacturing codes, coming as issued with their original laces and insoles. Each cleat has been autographed on the lower ankle by Wentz in bold black marker. The added inscription "AO1" stands for his motto "Audience of One", which is the name of his foundation and is also tattooed on his wrist. His pink game-used towel and wristbands—each stitched with the NFL Breast Cancer Awareness logo—are all signed and inscribed in the same manner. Game photos show Wentz wearing these items (i.e. Getty 618567784).

The items come directly from Wentz courtesy of his contract and marketing agency, Rep 1 Sports. 100% of the proceeds will go to the Carson Wentz AO1 Foundation (www.ao1foundation.org). The included orange equipment bag is the same one that the Eagles equipment manager used to send the items to Rep 1. LOA signed by Carson Wentz. Autographs pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
