Offered here is a terrific Mike Trout 2015 game-used and autographed Old Hickory pro model MT27* bat with solid provenance and a GU 9 grade from PSA/DNA. The other-worldly centerfielder blasted a career-high 41 big flies in 2015 and led the American League in slugging (.590) and OPS (.991) to finish second in A.L. MVP voting—this sandwiched between his 2014 and 2016 MVP seasons. Amazingly, Trout has finished either first or second in MVP voting in each of his five MLB seasons, including his 2012 Rookie of the Year campaign.

The 33.5-inch, 32.6-oz. maple, two-toned bat with a cupped end is un-cracked and exhibits evidence of outstanding use. Several ball marks, stitch impressions and cleat marks are visible on the barrel. The lower handle is taped in a spiral pattern. There is a light coat of Mota Stick on the lower handle and pine tar on the upper handle. The mandatory face grain mark for maple bats is visible on the lower handle  The barrel is stamped “33.5 PRO MAPLE MT27*" with "1412263-MT2" in smaller font below. "MT2" is written in pencil on the knob. Trout has signed the barrel in 8-9/10 silver felt tip pen with "Game Used" inscribed. It should be noted that the production date of this Mike Trout bat was during the 2014 calendar year, but the bat was in fact used by Trout during the 2015 MLB season according to the letter of provenance.

Includes letter from the consignor, who acquired the bat directly from Trout's now brother-in-law following the 2015 season. PSA/DNA LOA (1B12505) from John Taube with GU 9 grade. MLB Authentication hologram (#JC 093802) for the autograph, which is also pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
