Christian Yelich was drafted out of high school by the Miami Marlins in the 1st round (23rd overall) of the 2010 Major League Baseball Draft. The Milwaukee Brewers' acquired Yelich from the Marlins after the 2017 season and in 2018 he became the fourth player in Brewers history to win the Major League Baseball Most Valuable Player Award.

Offered is a professional model S318 Christian Yelich game used Louisville Slugger dating to 2014, his first full MLB season. Measuring 34" and weighing 32 ounces, the bat features a cupped end, is un-cracked and exhibits evidence of excellent use. Several ball marks and ball stitch impressions are visible on the right, left and back barrel. Ball marks include blue ink transfers and white leather scuffs. Cleat marks can be seen on the left and back barrel. Also visible on the bat are pink streaks from contact with Mother's Day bats and there is a light coat of pine tar on the handle. The mark visible on the handle identifies the face grain of the bat. This is a mandatory marking, per Major League Baseball for all maple bats since January 2009. The date of manufacture (3/25/14), 'VM' (Vacuum Maple), length (34.0) and weight (32.0) are stamped into the knob. Yelich's number (21) is written on the knob in silver paint pen. The '2' in the number is partially chipped off. Includes a LOA from John Taube of PSA/DNA (Grade GU9).
