Recently retired New York Yankees Team Captain Derek Jeter had yet another consistent season in 2010. Not only did he earn his fifth and final Golf Glove award for his flawless play at shortstop, but he collected 179 hits and score 111 runs in helping the Yankees to a second place finish in the A.L. East with 95 wins. This lot includes one of Jeter’s game-used New York Yankees Louisville Slugger professional model bats from that season. The 34-inch, 32-ounce black Hillerich & Bradsby P72 model bat shows excellent game usage with plenty of contact marks throughout. Its manufacturing date of 5/13/2010 is stamped in silver on the bat’s knob. The bat has received a grade of 8 from PSA.
