The Boston Celtics have enjoyed the NBA’s richest success story as they lead the league with 17 NBA championships. The team’s 17th title occurred on June 17, 2008, when they completely dominated the Los Angeles Lakers in the decisive Game 6 of their NBA Finals series. The Celtics blasted the Lakers, 131-92, at home to the adoration of 18,624 screaming fans at the TD Banknorth Garden. Ray Allen and Kevin Garnett both scored 26 points that night to lead Boston to victory. This lot includes a Celtics team-signed 16x20 photo showing the on-court celebration moments after the final whistle. The color photo has been signed in silver marker by 10 members of the winning Celtics team: Ray Allen, Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce, Rajon Rondo, Kendrick Perkins, Sam Cassell, Leon Powe, Eddie House, James Posey and Brian Scalabrine.
