An awesome pair of Kevin Garnett game worn Adidas ‘TS Bounce Commander’ player exclusive basketball shoes worn during the 2008-09 NBA Season. The Celtics were coming off of a championship season at the beginning of the ‘08-09 season and were prepared to defend their title. These shoes feature a calendar with the Celtics schedule during this year underneath the horizontal straps that flow across the shoes. A number “5” along with a facsimile autograph can be seen on the outer edge of the sneakers on each shoe. The size 15 shoes are in excellent condition and show much evidence of game use. Garnett averaged 15.8 PPG, 8.5 RPG, and 2.5 APG during his ‘08-09 campaign and earned his 12th All-Star Game appearance. This lot is accompanied by a full LOA from a former Knicks Ball Boy.
