Featured here is a Kaká AC Milan Champions League match worn, signed and inscribed jersey from the 2007-08 European football season. The star Brazilian midfielder had a phenomenal career with powerhouse European clubs AC Milan (Serie A) and Real Madrid (La Liga). He's one of eight players to have ever won a FIFA World Cup (2002), UEFA Champions League (2007) and a Ballon d'Or (2007) awarded by FIFA to the world's best player each year.

The white, collared short-sleeved Adidas Clima365 jersey has the AC Milan team color stripes running the length of the sleeves. It comes in size large and features the "ACM 1899" crest on the left chest with gold colored twill sewn underneath, "IL CLUB PIU TITOLATO AL MONDO" (The Most Titled Club in the World). The "AC MILAN Champions 2007 FIFA" patch is affixed to the right chest with club sponsor "bwin" embossed across the middle front of the jersey. A "Champions 06/07" patch (again celebrating their UEFA Champions League title the previous year) is affixed to the right sleeve, while a 7-time UEFA Champions patch (trophy with number "7") is affixed to the left sleeve. "KAKA" and his number "22" are ironed onto the back in red with black outlines. Kaká's autograph is placed on the back next to his well-worn number with contact marks and other abrasions; the red color is slightly bleeding into the white fabric. The personalized inscription reads, "Para Fernando Polomio Um." Both his signature and inscription are in 7-8/10 black marker. The shirt shows solid overall wear and, being short-sleeved, was most likely worn either in September/October 2007 or March-May 2008 when the weather was warmer.

Includes LOA from the former Brazil National Team (CBF) Technical Coordinator (also worked with Real Madrid), who is also the nephew of former CBF President Ricardo Teixeira. Also comes with Beckett LOA for the autograph.
