Presented here is an authentic 2004 World Series bunting hung at Fenway Park during the 2004 Boston Red Sox's heroic postseason run that ended the franchise's 86-year championship drought. The large banner remains in great condition considering it was hung up at Fenway Park from October 4th through October 28th of 2004. The highlight stretch, of course, was Boston's triumph over the Yankees in the ALCS, coming back from a 3-games-to-none deficit to win four straight against their bitter rivals. The Sox then swept the Cardinals in the World Series to officially lift the "Curse of the Bambino".

The thick red, white and blue coiffed fabric is made of 100% cotton with Annin Flag Company manufacturer's labeling (also stamped "RELIANCE tm") on one of the corners. On the opposite corner is "ALDEN FLAG" marked in red pen to denote the Red Sox's vendor. Measuring eight feet long and three feet tall, the bunting has no tears or condition issues and presents essentially as-issued. An iconic piece of history that witnessed the curse being broken at Fenway and brought joy to millions of anguished Boston fans. Accompanied by a COA from Alden Flag, longtime bunting provider for Fenway Park.
