Brian Urlacher 2004 Chicago Bears game worn and signed home jersey. Urlacher has signed on the back number 4 "Brian Urlacher 54" in 8-9/10 looking black felt tip pen. A first round pick out of New Mexico in 2000, Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher emerged as one of the most dominant defensive players in the game during his 13 year NFL career. A Pro-Bowler in each of his first four seasons and 8 times overall, Urlacher helped lead the Bears to a Division-leading 13-3 record in 2001, marking the team's first postseason appearance since 1994. He was named the NFL Defensive Player of the Year in 2005. Pullover navy mesh jersey, with spandex side panels, features Urlacher's number "54" on the front, back and each sleeve in white-on-orange tackle twill. "URLACHER" sewn on nameplate on back in the same white-on-orange tackle twill. The initials "GSH" (for George Halas) are screened on the left sleeve. Each sleeve bears two screened on white-orange-white stripe accents, and white-orange-white striping on the ribbed-knit sleeve endings. An "NFL Equipment" patch appears along the base of the v-neck collar. Inside the collar is a white stripe tag noting the year and size ("04-50") in black lettering. Sewn to the left front tail is a "Reebok" main label with attached size 50 flap tag. Minimal to light wear suggesting possible single game usage.

Pre-certified by PSA/DNA. Comes with Auction LOAs from JSA and PSA, as well as a COA from Authentic Sports Investments.
