Tony Parker is the French-born son of an American ex-pat basketball player, whose path to the NBA was a bit different than most. After apprenticing in the French leagues, Parker turned down several scholarships, preferring to return to France and play professionally. He returned to his father’s native country in 2001 to take the court with the San Antonio Spurs. The point guard quickly made a name for himself, earning NBA Rookie First Team honors and helping the Spurs win their second championship the following season. Parker wore these Nike Huarache 2K4 sneakers during the 2004-05 season (ex. Getty 81346046) which culminated in another Spurs title. The lightning-quick Frenchman averaged 16.6 points and 6.1 assists per game.

The signature model TP9’s come in his size 11.5 and show solid game use. The toes show abrasions and scuffs and the treads display even wear. The laces are intact as are the original Nike promo labels inside each sneaker, appropriately tagged with a manufacturing date of "08-23-04." Parker has signed the top of each shoe in perfect 10/10 shiny silver paint pen, adding his number "9". A nice set of gamers that helped win a championship from the foot of a future Hall of Famer.

Pre-certified by PSA/DNA (autos.).
