Offered here is the official 2000 Sydney Summer Olympics Opening Ceremonies men's outfit worn by a member of the Brazil National Football Team. The yellow/gold sport coat with three buttons has the Brazil Olympic Committee (COB) crest sewn on the outer left breast pocket. The size tag ("52M") with maker/designer "CIVETTA by Monica Conceicao" and Portuguese wash instructions is located inside the jacket. The accompanying dark green slacks (Size "44M") have the same designer tagging match up well to complete the Brazilian team colors. The jacket and pants show light wear and have no condition issues. The men's soccer tournament at the Olympics is played by U-23 (under 23 years old) squads with up to three overage players allowed per squad. Brazil had a poor showing in Sydney, finishing outside the top four. Cameroon, Spain and Chile took gold, silver and bronze, respectively.
