His accolades include 14 All-Star selections, five Gold Glove Awards, five Silver Slugger Awards, two Hank Aaron Awards, and a Roberto Clemente Award. Jeter became the 28th player to reach 3,000 hits and finished his career sixth all-time in career hits and the all-time MLB leader in hits by a shortstop.
Dating from the epic World Championship 1999 season, this 34-inch, 30.9 ounce Louisville Slugger model P72 Derek Jeter professional model bat exhibits evidence of outstanding use with a handle crack from the handle into the barrel. Many ball marks and ball stitch impressions are visible on all sides of the barrel and there is some chipping to the barrel surface. Ball marks include blue ink transfers. Cleat marks can be seen on the back barrel. Also visible on the bat is a light coat of Mota Stick on the handle.  Includes a LOA from John Taube of PSA/DNA (GU8.5) (Cert: 1B16952)
