Minnesota won the Big Ten and were seeded #1 in the Mid-West of the NCAA Tournament before losing to #1 overall seed Kentucky in the National semi-finals. CZ "M" atop a red stone on top with "MINNESOTA GOLDEN GOPHERS 1997 BIG TEN CHAMPIONS" surrounding. "PLAY HARD", "Final Four" in script, and 31-4 on one side with 'BROADFOOT", a raised image of a basketball going through a hoop, and "96-97" on the other. "JOSTENS 10K" stamped on the inside. Ring side 8 1/2. Weight 34 grams.
