ADDENDUM: AWARD IS NOT CRYSTAL.
Impressive 1995 cut glass trophy celebrating the induction of Gaius "Gus" Shaver into the USC Hall of Fame. From 1929 through 1931 Shaver played quarterback and fullback for the University of Southern California Trojan football teams. In 1931 he was a consensus All-American and led USC to the National Championship. Front design of the award has a torch with the flame making the image of a Trojan warrior with the words "USA HALL OF FAME" below. All this is etched from the inside. "Gus Shaver Original Trojan 1995" etched on front of base. Award measures 12" high, 8 1/2" wide at the back of base and about 8 1/4" toward the front of base.
