Basketball Hall of Famer Scottie Pippen played Robin to Michael Jordan’s Batman for 11 seasons with the Chicago Bulls (1988 to ’98) and helped the team secure six NBA titles. A prolific scorer who averaged 24 points per game for his career, Pippen was a seven-time NBA All-Star who took home the MVP trophy following the 1994 NBA All-Star Game after scoring a game high 29 points for the East squad at the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

This lot features Pippen’s 1995-96 Chicago Bulls game worn shoes from the Bulls’ fourth NBA championship season. It was a phenomenal campaign in which the Bulls set a new league record with 72 regular-season wins, with Pippen averaging 19.4 points per outing. The offered Nike Air Uptempo sneakers (size 15.5) are white with red swooshes and red/black Bulls accents. They show great wear with soiling on the bottom and the interior tagging reads “SAMPLE LN2.” Both sneakers were autographed by Pippen in black pen (9/10) who also added the inscription “Best Wishes” along with “#33” (his jersey number).

Includes letter of provenance from a family friend of Pippen's whose father grew up with him. Autographs pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
