In 1992 the Atlanta Braves, managed by Bobby Cox, won the National League pennant after posting a regular-season record of 98-64. This lot features a beautifully designed 10K gold ring celebrating the team's N.L. title. A total of 40 real diamonds are placed inside the ring's baseball-looking design on top that includes red enameled stitching. The outer edge reads "Braves 1992 National League Champions" in raised gold lettering. The left shank reads "MERRY" above the 1992 World Series logo with a "Staff" notation. The right shank includes "91 Back To Back 92" titling above the Braves team logo, record ("98-64"), and season attendance ("3,077,400"). Crafted just like a player's version, the ring is engraved "10K Jostens" on its interior band. Size 10 and weight is 38 grams. It shows very little wear and presents essentially in Mint condition.
