The 1988 All-Star Weekend in Chicago featured a memorable 3-Point Contest in which Larry Bird famously wondered aloud who was going to finish second. Bird's confidence was justified as he won it with a memorable finger pointed in the air before the final shot went through to signify victory. In doing so, Larry Legend beat a stellar field of other long-range marksmen.

All have signed this red-white-and blue official Spalding (David Stern) "money ball", including the champion supposedly, although Bird's signature has faded to the point that it is not included on the LOA from Beckett. All of the other autographs are authenticated and present well. They include some of the most acclaimed shooters in NBA history: Danny Ainge, Mark Price, Craig Hodges, Byron Scott, Dale Ellis, Trent Tucker and Detlef Schrempf.

The limited edition (#4/140) inscribed ball is from the personal collection of former President of NBA Properties Adrian De Groot. Includes LOA from Beckett.
