One of 91 perfect GEM MINT PSA 10's. Strawberry burst onto the National League scene with unlimited potential, winning the Rookie of the Year Award and named an All Star the next 8 seasons. During these 9 years, all but one with the Mets, he averaged over 30 home runs a year. The next 8 seasons of his career would not be so good, as injury, disease, and personal problems tore his career apart. Only once would he play in more than 63 games nor hit more than 11 home runs.
