Here is Frankie J. Sanders' Albany Patroons diamond ring from the team's 1983-84 Contenental Basketball League Championship. The imposing Size 12 ring marks the CBA championship that was the first of a number of such titles that would fall under the direction of Phil Jackson, who clashed from time to time with his high-scoring slender forward Sanders. The 10K yellow gold ring features a beautiful 25-pt read diamond set in the middle of a green stone, encircled by the words "Albany Patroons, CBA Champions, 1983-84. Sanders' name and No. 6 appear on one shank alongside an engraving of a basketball and hoop; on the other is the score of the CBA Championship Game, Albany Patroons and the team logo. Jostens and 10k are engraved on the inside of the band.
A letter of authenticity comes with the ring and attests to the ownership by Sanders.
