One of 45 perfect GEM MINT PSA 10's. Valenzuela burst onto the National League scene in 1981 winning both the Rookie of the Year and Cy Young Awards. He was an All Star with the Dodgers his first 6 full seasons, posting a 99-58 mark. After 1986, "Fernando Mania" was over as he struggled with a 74-95 record the next 10 years.
