One of 14 perfect GEM MINT PSA 10's. Welch was a very consistent winner over his 17 year career, split between the Dodgers(10) and Athletics(7), finishing with a 211-146 record. His finest season came in 1990 with Oakland, when he went 27-6 to win the American League Cy Young Award.
